How many guests does the function room hold?

The function room comfortably seats around 76 guests. For standing events or parties we can accommodate more.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, we ask for a small deposit to secure your booking. The amount depends on the event and can be discussed when you enquire.

Can I bring my own DJ or band?

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own entertainment. We have a stage and PA system ready to go. Just let us know in advance so we can prepare.

What time does live music finish?

Live music typically runs until around 11pm on Saturdays, but this can vary. Private function room events can run later by arrangement.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The main bar area and function room are accessible, and we have accessible restroom facilities available.

Do I need a membership?

No membership is required. Everyone is welcome at The Legion. Just walk in and grab a drink.

We do not currently serve a full food menu but snacks and bar nibbles are usually available. For function room bookings, catering can be arranged.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Yes, you are welcome to decorate the function room for your event. We just ask that everything is taken down and the room is left tidy.

Is catering available?

We can arrange catering for function room bookings. Let us know your requirements when you enquire and we will put together options for you.
